• Customer outcomes are labeled as case studies and are not presented as guaranteed results.
• Material updates synchronize visible dates, structured data, Open Graph metadata, and sitemap last-modified dates.
• AI-assisted drafts are reviewed for accuracy, originality, links, and unsupported claims before publication.

Refresh schedule

Pricing, competitor, product-claim, and year-bearing pages are checked quarterly. Evergreen educational pages are reviewed at least annually or sooner when standards and platform behavior change.
