Why exclude parts of a page?

Sometimes a part of your page should stay as it is, for example a user name, an address, product codes or a brand name.

How do I exclude an element in the code?

Add the class conveythis-no-translate to the element. Everything inside it stays in the original language.

The class notranslate works the same way.

Can I exclude elements without editing the code?

Yes. Go to Domains in your ConveyThis panel de control, open the Personalizar menu on your website and choose Excluded ids/classes. Add the id or class of the element. See Exclude pages and elements from translation.

To keep a single word or phrase untranslated everywhere, use a Do not translate rule in the Glosario.
