When Framer Localization is the better fit

Choose Framer Localization if each language needs its own address in search results. Framer's Free plan also includes one locale to try. Framer can translate your page paths for each locale. It also adds hreflang tags for you. You edit translations right in the canvas, and Auto Translate handles new and updated content as you work. ConveyThis keeps every language of a Framer site at the same address, as the next section explains.

A Framer page keeps a single URL with ConveyThis. Visitors pick a language in the switcher and read the translation on that same URL, or you can add ?locale=fr to link to a language directly. Each Framer page gets an AI and machine translation as its starting point. Read your hero, pricing and contact sections first, because those are the lines visitors act on. To fix a line, open the visual editor, click that text on your published Framer site and type the new wording. A fix carries over to other pages that already show the same sentence. From the Starter plan, glossary rules keep your brand name and product names as you want them. When a sentence must be exact, order a human translation for it from the text editor, charged per word. How to translate a Framer site in 4 steps

You need an email address and access to your Framer project settings.
