As of September 30, 2026, we’ve doubled the translated-word limit on every ConveyThis plan.
Free goes from 5,000 to 10,000 words. Starter goes from 30,000 to 60,000. Business goes from 100,000 to 200,000. And the same change continues all the way up to Extreme, which now includes 20 million translated words.
Prices haven’t increased.
Existing customers don’t need to switch plans, enter a promo code, contact support, or do anything at all. The higher limits are already part of their accounts.
New to ConveyThis? It translates your website into other languages, and the Free plan now covers 10,000 words of it.
The numbers are simple. The reason behind them matters more.
Building a better product should mean giving customers more
When software companies talk about improving their products, the conversation usually focuses on new features.
We care about those too. Better translation quality, better editing tools, better SEO support, better workflows: all of that matters.
But we think there is another, simpler way a product can get better:
customers should be able to do more with it.
Over time, technology improves. Infrastructure improves. Our own platform improves. We learn more about how customers use ConveyThis and what gets in their way.
When those improvements give us an opportunity to provide more value, we don’t believe every improvement has to become a new add-on, a new fee, or a reason to push someone into a more expensive plan.
Sometimes the right thing to do is simply to make the product better.
That’s what we’ve done here.
Our customers aren’t buying “words”
A translated-word limit is easy to put into a pricing table.
But nobody comes to ConveyThis because they dreamed of buying 60,000 words.
They come because they want more people to understand their business.
They may be opening a store to customers in another country. Growing a SaaS product into a new market. Making a university, legal service, travel business, or company website accessible to people who speak another language.
Translation is the mechanism. Communication is the goal.
And language matters to the people on the other side of the screen.
76% prefer to buy in their own language40% never buy from sites in other languages
CSA Research surveyed 8,709 consumers across 29 countries and found that 76% preferred purchasing products with information in their own language, while 40% said they would not buy from websites in other languages. We looked at what that 76% means for your website in more detail.
That is why we think translation capacity should give businesses room to grow instead of constantly reminding them of a ceiling.
We want customers to grow with ConveyThis
Websites rarely stay the same size.
A company adds products. Publishes articles. Expands its help center. Creates landing pages. Enters another market. Adds another language.
Growth naturally creates more content to translate. Not sure how much your site has today? The website word counter counts it in about a minute.
We don’t want successful customers to feel that every step forward immediately comes with another restriction.
Of course, plans still need limits. Running translation infrastructure has a real cost, and different businesses have very different needs.
But those limits should make sense.
And when we can make them meaningfully better, we should.
That thinking led us to a simple decision: double the translated-word allowance on every plan without doubling, or increasing, the price.
This is for existing customers, too
This part was important to us.
Better pricing or higher limits are sometimes reserved for new customers. Long-time customers are left on an older plan, asked to migrate, or required to contact someone to get the new offer.
We didn’t want to do that.
If you already pay for ConveyThis, you helped us build the product we have today.
So the new limits are not a promotion for new sign-ups. They apply to existing subscribers automatically.
- No migration.
- No coupon.
- No “new customers only.”
Open your dashboard and the additional capacity is already there.
The new ConveyThis word limits

The pricing page today: the new word limit on each card, with the previous one crossed out.
Here are the new limits on every plan:

| Starter | $12 | 30,000 | 60,000 |
| Business | $24 | 100,000 | 200,000 |
| Business+ | $40 | 200,000 | 400,000 |
| Pro | $64 | 400,000 | 800,000 |
| Pro+ | $110 | 700,000 | 1,400,000 |
| Optimum | $160 | 1,000,000 | 2,000,000 |
| Corporate | $240 | 1,500,000 | 3,000,000 |
| Corporate+ | $320 | 2,000,000 | 4,000,000 |
| Advanced | $480 | 4,000,000 | 8,000,000 |
| Advanced+ | $640 | 6,000,000 | 12,000,000 |
| Extreme | $960 | 10,000,000 | 20,000,000 |
Word limits count the total translated words on your site; they don’t reset each month. Yearly billing still costs ten months for twelve. Every plan is on the pricing page.
Every translated-word allowance doubled. The prices did not.
What isn’t changing
This isn’t a restructuring of the plans disguised as an upgrade.
The change is the translated-word allowance.
Your other plan limits and features stay as they were, including monthly translation requests, supported languages and websites, and tools such as the Visual Editor, glossary, SEO URLs, and team features. You’ll find them all on the features page.
In other words, we didn’t take something away in order to give something else back.
We increased the room customers have to use ConveyThis.
Why now?
Because we want the value of ConveyThis to improve along with the product itself.
There are more languages, markets, customers, and types of content online than any one business can reach in a single language. English, for example, is currently used by 49.5% of websites whose content language W3Techs can identify.
For us, that makes the mission behind website translation more relevant, not less.
But our goal isn’t simply to convince more companies to translate their websites.
It is to make doing it easier, more practical, and more sustainable once they start.
That means improving translation quality.
It means giving teams control over their translations.
It means helping search engines discover multilingual content.
And it also means making sure customers get meaningful value from the plan they already pay for.
Doubling the word limits is one step in that direction.
Better should feel better
There will always be new features to build.
There will always be parts of ConveyThis we can make faster, easier, smarter, or more powerful.
But we want to keep a simple principle as we do it:
when ConveyThis gets better, our customers should feel the difference.
Not only in a changelog.
Not only in a feature announcement.
In what they can actually do with the product.
This time, that means twice the translated words on every plan, at the same price.
And if you’re already a ConveyThis customer, thank you for being part of the reason we can keep making the product better.
Your new limit is already waiting for you.
