ConveyThis plans are priced in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR).

Which currency will I pay in?

The currency is set when you create your account, based on where you sign up from:

• In a European Union country, your prices are in euros (EUR).
• Everywhere else, your prices are in US dollars (USD).

You see the prices in your currency on the Plans page in your dashboard, and your invoices on the Billing page are in the same currency.

What if my card is in a different currency?

You can still pay. Your bank converts the amount into your card’s currency, at its own exchange rate. Some banks add a fee for payments in a foreign currency. Check with your bank if you’re not sure.

Can I change the currency of my account?

Write to [email protected] and tell us which currency you would like to use.

If you use ConveyThis through the Shopify or Wix app, the plan is billed by Shopify or Wix in the currency of your Shopify or Wix account.
