Which payment methods does ConveyThis accept?

You pay for a ConveyThis plan by credit or debit card on a secure checkout page run by Stripe, our payment partner. We never see or store your full card number.

Which cards and payment options can I use?

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit and debit cards.
  • Other options: depending on your country and device, the Stripe checkout page can also show options such as Link, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You see the options available to you on the checkout page.

Plans are priced in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR).

How do I pay for a plan?

  1. Log in to your ConveyThis dashboard and click Plan & billing in the left menu.
  2. Choose a plan and click Choose.
  3. Check your order, choose what happens when you reach the plan limit (see auto-upgrade) and click Proceed.
  4. On the Stripe checkout page, enter your card details and confirm the payment.

If you already pay for a plan by card, there is no checkout page when you change plans: the new plan is charged to your card on file.

When the payment goes through, your new plan starts right away. You can find the receipt on the Billing page. For more details, see How to upgrade your ConveyThis plan.

I pay through Shopify or Wix

If you installed ConveyThis from the Shopify App Store or the Wix App Market, the plan is billed by Shopify or Wix, together with your store or site subscription. You pay with the payment method saved in your Shopify or Wix account.

I pay through PayPal or Paddle

Earlier subscriptions paid through PayPal or Paddle keep renewing the same way. To change how you pay, write to [email protected].
