Create a ConveyThis account here. Your ConveyThis account dashboard lets you view and manage all your translations.

Configure Your Integration

Select Freshdesk as your website technology. Enter your domain name and indicate the languages you want to translate your website into. Click "Next" to proceed through the setup.

Install in Freshdesk Portal

In your Freshdesk dashboard, navigate to Admin > Helpdesk Settings > Edit Portal. Go to Appearance > Clone & Edit theme, select Pages tab, and add ConveyThis code snippet to the Head section.

Save and Test

Click "Save and Publish" to apply changes. Visit your website to see the language switcher appear at the bottom right (may take a few minutes). Manage your support translations through the ConveyThis dashboard.
